Cryin' ??



Crying is a sure-fire cure for most of the psychopathologies and symptoms we face on a day to day level. I mean, let's face it. Despite the much touted concept of "progress" I don't think the caveman would like to exchange places with us.  Postmodern life is damn depressing. After the intellectual desert that is education is over we move on to the sedentary soul-destroying slavery that is called a job. Our youth should be out hunting and exploring the natural environment.  And our adults ought to be carving out new frontiers with their bare hands. But no. We all sit and smoulder in a sea of moral indignation and frustrated apathy. So when you get a chance, do by all means approach the lonely bench in the park ( or at least a rest room with no one within earshot) and bawl and sob out the miseries of a lifetime.  After an hour of emotional catharsis you will feel as good as new.  You will get up a renewed and revitalized man or woman.  Your vision will be markedly improved and clearer.  Your sinuses will not be stuffy anymore.  And most of all all that garbage of complexes and unexpressed actions will have been released from the body in the form of T.E.A.R.S (Totally Erasing All Repressions Softly). As for that meditation blockage, remember the crying fits are there for a reason.  Enter the pain and pressures of the moment and see where they lead you.  I bet after some minutes you will feel the problem has been addressed satisfactorily and then you can simply move on. Hey, it's just a matter of coming out at the other end of the tunnel.
